Every visit is planned with you and your family. From a few hours of companionship to several visits a day for complex needs — we build the rota that fits your life.
Dignified, respectful help with washing, dressing, medication prompts and mobility — delivered by trained carers at a pace that suits you.
Friendly visits, conversation, meal preparation, light housekeeping and errands. The everyday support that makes staying at home work.
Short-term, planned cover so family carers can rest, travel or attend to their own health. We follow the existing routine and step in smoothly.
Trained support for dementia, Parkinson's, stroke recovery, post-hospital discharge and end-of-life care — delivered at home with the right clinical awareness.
Quote after assessment — transparent pricing, no joining fees.
The process is calm and uncomplicated. Most families have a care plan in place within a week of the first conversation.
A short phone call with our care manager. We listen, answer questions and explain how we can help — no obligation, no pressure.
We visit at home (or in hospital) to understand needs, routines and preferences. A family member is welcome to be there.
You receive a clear written plan covering visits, tasks and a transparent quote. We adjust until it is exactly right.
Introduced to a small, consistent team matched to you. Same faces, familiar routine, real relationship.
We started Hayat Care because finding the right home care for a family member shouldn't feel like guesswork. We built a service that treats clients the way we'd want our own family treated — patient, consistent, and properly trained.
Every carer is directly employed (never zero-hours), fully trained, enhanced DBS-checked and matched to clients with care. We pay above the National Living Wage because good care starts with the people delivering it.
Talk to our care teamYou'll know the team by name. Our directors visit clients personally and pick up the phone.
Personality, language and skills matter. We build small teams around each client — not rotas around the agency.
Direct employment, fair pay, ongoing training. Carers who stay — and the same faces, week after week.
Office hours answered by humans. An out-of-hours line for emergencies. Family updates when you want them.
Staying at home isn't only about comfort — it's about identity, routine and being surrounded by the people and memories that matter.

Visiting home care is support delivered at your home by a trained carer who comes to you on a planned schedule — typically from 30 minutes up to a few hours per visit. It is an alternative to moving into a care home and lets you stay in your own home, on your own routine.
Personal care (washing, dressing, medication prompts, mobility), companionship and home help (meal prep, light housekeeping, errands), respite cover, and specialist support for dementia, post-hospital recovery and end-of-life care. All visits are planned around you.
Every carer is enhanced DBS-checked, references-verified, and trained in safeguarding before their first solo visit. They are directly employed by Hayat Care, not zero-hours. You are welcome to see a copy of your carer's DBS certificate on request.
Costs depend on the level of support, visit length and frequency. We provide a clear written quote after the free assessment — no joining fees, no hidden charges, no notice-period traps.
Yes. We build small, consistent teams of 2–3 carers per client, so you see familiar faces and build a real relationship. If your regular carer is off sick, one of their team-mates covers.
Because we design care around small, consistent teams, one of your team-mates covers. We never send a stranger without introducing them first. You'll get a message from the care manager the moment we know.
Most families have a care plan in place within a week of the first call. Urgent or hospital-discharge cover can sometimes start within 24–48 hours, depending on carer availability. If we genuinely cannot help in time, we'll say so and suggest alternatives.
